Regarding Concert Lights
In order to minimize issues regarding the use of concert lights, please follow the guidelines below.
[The following concert light specifications are not allowed]
Modified and homemade lights, as well as lights not sold in the market
Lights with a length longer than 27cm
Lights that outshine and obstruct the performance
* Refrain from using ultra-bright lights (such as Ultra Oranges) during the performance.
Staff reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on usable concert lights. Guests who do not follow these guidelines may have their lights confiscated or be asked to leave the venue at the discretion of security

Obstructing the view of other audience members
* Refrain from waving around or throwing your lights, or any act that may damage the venue.
* Please make sure to not drop your lights at all times when at the venue.

Locker and Cloak
There will be coat check available for a fee at the venue. Due to the limited size of the coat check area, guests with excessively large items may not be permitted to use the venue coat check.
There will be a baggage inspection upon arrival.

Smoking
The Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall is a smoke-free environment.
The use of illegal substances and/or smoking indoors (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco) is strictly prohibited.
There is an outdoor smoking patio available for guests to use if they wish to smoke.

Alcoholic Beverage Sales
Guests are required to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol.
Purchase of alcohol by guests under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited under local law.
Outside alcohol is prohibited from being brought into the venue by guests.
Alcohol sold at the venue is not permitted to leave the venue, and must be consumed on-site.

Video Recording, and Photography
・We would like you to immerse yourself in the concert as much as possible. Please refrain from recording, filming or taking photographs during the performance. Guests who are found to be recording, filming or photographing the concert wil be subject to ejection from the premises without refund.
・For those of you watching via streaming sites, Cover Corp grants you permission to take screenshots of the stream and to upload said screenshots on the internet, including social networking sites. Please feel free to share screenshots and spread word of the performance with others. Please note that uploading of video or audio of the concert or concert stream is strictly prohibited.
・Cameras will be in the venue for video recording and photo shooting, and the audience may appear in the media and product images. Please understand that the recorded images and photos may be used for COVER Corporation website and social media channels, merchandising, and promotional purposes.

Cautions during the show
・Moshing, diving, shoulder ride, throwing objects on the stage, climbing on the stage, intentionally blocking the aisle, rushing to the front, unnatural calls, loud and strange voices, other loud noises that disturb the performance, moving from one’s seat to another, unnatural jumping, etc., are prohibited. Extreme cheering behavior such as waving both hands violently from side to side, waving arms around, bending the upper body, excessive jumping, and any other dangerous behavior that may disturb or harm other audience members or the performance is strictly prohibited.
・The organizer, performers, and related parties will not be held responsible for any accidents, damage to equipment, or trouble caused by failure to follow the instructions and warnings of the staff. Please be aware that any compensation for damage to equipment or trouble caused by disregarding the above instructions and cautions will be the responsibility of the offender.
・Please take care of your health on the day of the event, and if you feel sick, please inform a nearby staff member.
・The venue is expected to be very crowded. Please cooperate by following the venue staff’s directions to line up and move around. Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding COVID protocols, facility operations, and emergency response procedures.
・Venue staff may intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest security guard, or guest services staff member. Guests who do not adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without a refund.
・Please be aware that this concert may include intense flashing lights.
